Not happy with your purchase? Not the right size? Not your favorite color? No problem: VARIABILINASCOSTE offers free returns within 14 days from delivery– under Art. 4 of the General Conditions of Sale.

Follow the instructions.

  1. Returns must be undamaged and retain the original labels and tags. We recommend trying the lingerie you purchased over your underwear: we cannot accept returns with any stain of sweat, perfume, cream, lotion or marks from washing and cleaning.
  2. Keep your invoice found inside the package with all necessary information to fill the return form.
  3. Visit our website and click on the RETURNS AND REFUND button on the homepage, then fill the form.
  4. Package the return item using the original package, if possible, or any other well sealed package of suitable size. Apply the return label with our address, that you found with the invoice, on the outside of the package. You may also print or handwrite our address:

  1. In the package you shall also found the DHL label to be applied on the parcel for the return of the product. Contact your local DHL branch which you can find on and book your free collection from the most convenient address (home, office, etc.), alternatively, bring your return parcel to the nearest DHL branch, which you can always find on
    Note that if you choose to send your package through a different courier, you will pay for the delivery.



Returns will be checked within 5 working days of delivery, to ensure they meet the requirements of the General Conditions of Sale. We will send you an email confirming your returned item has been accepted and refund its cost, that is its full price less the original delivery fee.

The refund shall be credit on PAYPAL account or on Credit Card in accordance to the payment system used by the customer. Crediting time varies with the type of payment and credit card used


If your returned item has been deemed unacceptable, you will receive an email detailing the reasons why your item could not be accepted. Your item will be sent back to you with a new delivery charge, as detailed in the General Conditions of Sale.
